I'm extremely sorry but this is by no sense of the word a "vector". This is a great photoshop effect and nicely written but please don't confuse people with vector tutorials that don't actually help them make a vector piece.

I read that... But it's kinda small and easily overlooked when you have right above it is such huge writing "Easy Vector Tutorial"

Like I said it is a great tutorial! :D I just think it's in the wrong gallery.
